Windows and loft all passed to their standards. They condemned the boiler which was switched off and was told to wait 4 or 6 weeks for someone to install a new boiler. On 18 January I called them only to find out that there was a "problem" with the initial inspection and survey and they would have to start the process again having to wait another 4 or 6 weeks. Total JOKE I had an assessment visit on 14 October. Windows and loft all passed to their standards. They condemned the boiler which was switched off and was told to wait 4 or 6 weeks for someone to install a new boiler. Upon leaving he said 'you should hear from the office soon, if you dont ring the number in the pack.' I didn't hear anything so rang the number on several occasions between may and October to be told that I would have to wait 6 months which would take me to 21st November. I have rang today to be told 'It will be another year before my work is allocated to an installer' ?? I have am a single parent to 3 children and hae been without hot water and heating for 6 months. The Warm Front brochure clearly states that work will be carried out up to 6 months after the technical survey. I am waiting for a team leader to ring me back and have sent an email complaining.
