I think this scheme is long overdue and well done to mick for starting it all off, what i dont understand is why its not made a permanent scheme, it is far more benefitial for the homeowner and the enviroment than the car scrappage scheme.
im a newcastle plumber and the demand for the scheme is huge in the North east
