Intergas Boiler Efficiency Rating
Thanks to being based in the Netherlands, the country that led the way in wanting only highly-efficient boilers to be manufactured, Intergas have become the top manufacturer of condensing boiler technology. Having manufactured their first heating products over 40 years ago, Intergas have been making innovative strides in the industry ever since. 1996 saw them invent the Double High Efficiency heat exchanger, which is still making a massive impact in boiler technology today.
Combi Compact HRE
The revolutionary design of our two-in-one aluminium heat exchanger, developed exclusively by Intergas and only used in our boilers, ensures ultra-reliability and efficiency.
Available in three power outputs, the Combi Compact HRE range are all Energy Saving Trust recommended. These boilers are also fitted with a two-in-one aluminium heat exchanger, only available in Intergas boilers, to guarantee reliability and efficiency.
This range of boilers are condensing 100% of the time when heating and 95.8% of time in hot water mode, which gives Intergas the confidence to state that when compared to other condensing boilers in the UK they can:
- Reduce carbon emissions by 20%
- Lower your gas bills by 15%
Coming with an ErP A rating, it’s a given that this range will heat your home in an extremely efficient way. With the addition of a hot water storage cylinder, this range is able to heat hot water as well as provide your home with heating.
This range is well protected against any weather, thanks to a built-in frost thermostat.
You won’t find any energy being wasted by this boiler as the fan is self-modulating so that the capacity of your boiler meets the requirements. Designed as an open vent boiler for central heating, it can only be used in an open vented system with a header tank. It’s designed to supply your home with all the warmth you need.
Should you want the boiler to provide your home with hot water as well as heating, a hot water storage cylinder can be added.
Combi Compact ECO RF
This range is most suitable for smaller homes with 1-3 bedrooms and a single bathroom. As these boilers condense all of the time it’s an extremely efficient range so it’s no surprise that it comes with an ErP A rating.
